Why are there airport fees for arriving flights but not departing ones?
Airports charge permits for pickups to manage arrivals area congestion. LAX specifically charges per entry for arriving flights but not for departures since we know your scheduled departure time.
Can you accommodate last-minute flight delays?
We monitor flights continuously and adjust accordingly. For significant delays, we'll attempt to accommodate changes but may need to treat it as two separate trips if timing conflicts occur.
How will I find my chauffeur at the airport?
Turn on your phone immediately after landing. Your chauffeur will text arrival details including vehicle description (make, model, color, license plate) for easy identification at designated pickup zones.
What happens if my flight gets canceled?
We require 24-hour cancellation notice. For airline cancellations, we recommend purchasing travel insurance as we cannot control flight schedules and will issue full refunds in such cases.
