However you will be required to submit your cancellation in writing via email.
The cancellation request will be considered from the time sent, rather than the time read by us.
Make sure we acknowledge within twenty-four hours, and if we don't please give us a call to insure we've received it.
If you cancel before 24 hours of your scheduled pick up, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
