It was our first time hiring a private car because we usually just grab an Uber from the Miami airport but this time, we flew into Fort Lauderdale airport and decided to try it out. I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up.
The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean.
Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

Eric and his drivers are the best!
Eric understood the specific needs of my boss when I had to help plan her husband's party. He was great under pressure :) and made sure everything went off without a hitch.
VIP Miami Limo was so great that we used them again a few months later to transfer our team to and from the Miami International Airport for a company trip. Though this wasn't as expensive and involved as the previous charter, they assisted us and got us there and back on time and in style.
Eric is great and so is his team. If you need a company that can understand your special needs, or even your simple ones, VIP Miami Limo is the way to go.

Eric at VIP Miami Limo gave great customer service from the moment we spoke until my group and I were picked up during my friend's Bachelorette Weekend. He gave me an amazing deal for two separate occasions for transportation while we were down there and even was willing to help with suggestions for dinner and clubbing while there. The Mercedes Sprinter we had was beautiful, comfortable and brand new.
Bruce was our driver both nights. Bruce had the BEST playlists, was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend VIP Miami Limo to anyone! Thanks again for the experience!

It was a few days before hurricane Irma was getting ready to strike and I needed to get my elderly parents to the airport to evacuate. I don't live in Miami so I needed a hand. I called and spoke with Eric so he understood the nature of my request and circumstances with my folks. They came through with flying colors. I had driver contact info the day before. The driver (Serge) arrived 15 min early and kept in constant contact with me with updates including his had delivery of them and their luggage to the skycap and making sure the skycap called for a wheelchair. My parents arrived safe in Atlanta and now we await the storm but knowing my folks are safe. Thanks Eric and team.
