We had a late flight and I was having issues getting other companies to communicate on scheduling. I read great reviews on 515 Miami so I decided to go with them. I used their app. It was easy and ALL the pricing was up front including late night transfer and gratuity. I was getting a bit of a run around with other places. I loved 515s straight forward info. They tracked my flight so even though I was in an hour early. Luis was waiting for us at baggage claim and took care of EVERYTHING. Wed been traveling for 24 hrs and had an hour drive home. Money very well spent. If I could rate higher than 5 I would!
