Allison and her team of drivers are amazing. They truly go above and beyond each and every time. Weve been hiring their services for the last 3 years and each time theyve been nothing short of incredible, making our trips to and from Disney a breeze. As a family of 5, traveling with 3 kids all still requiring some type of car seat, you can imagine how this might make some people (me) anxious.
Their fleet of cars and car seat options are top-notch and their drivers are true professionals. Booking with them, I know we are in good hands. Side note - they are also amazing at booking on short notice. During one of our vacations I forgot to plan ahead and called them less than a week before our trip and they were able to accommodate us!

I had the best experience with ELEX Transport while visiting Orlando to join my daughter and my grandchildren at Disney World. The drivers to and from the airport were professional and friendly, and the vehicles -- which were all electric and extremely nice -- were cool and clean and made for a very comfortable ride. I loved the reasonable rate too!
I was most impressed with the excellent communication between the booking agent and the driver and me and they were on time, which is so important with air travel. Thank you ELEX for making my trip to Orlando even better.

Very professional and great communication - we have tried three of their cars now and all have been immaculate, and a truly luxurious experience. Weve had two different drivers, Darren and Eze - both were courteous and friendly and we really enjoyed chatting with them during our rides. Highly recommend the Audi! While we no longer have need for a car that can carry car seats, they tell us that they have expanded their car fleet and now can transport families with little ones as well! This is also a small business and that is another positive to support the community.

The only car service I will ever use in Florida. Exceptional service, next level kindness an "can do' attitude. Alison, the owner (yeah woman owned!) gives every experience a personal touch, easy text interactions. For an emergency, I called at 11pm and needed a car for 3am and she said, "No problem, I will have a car there for you". I cant say enough about this company, the absolute best! Drivers Eze, Richard and Darren are so friendly and helpful. They are open to longer drives, which is helpful to me sometimes traveling with a senior. The fleet of electric cars is very impressive. Have used ELEX multiple times now and already have plans to use them again. Every driver that I have had has been professional, kind, and prompt (early!). The cars have all been super clean and comfortable, and the fact that they are environmentally friendly makes them even better. Communication before travel is top-notch. I cannot express how impressive Elex car service is. Ive used them three times now. Allison and Darren are professional, kind and make everything easy. The cars are impeccably clean and comfortable. We needed to get to an event of about 65k people that the news warned would make traffic a nightmare. Darren knew a secret road and got us to the front entrance - something unheard of in Orlando. I wish this company was in my city. Id give them 10 stars if I could.
